The device has a more advanced electrical measurement system and temperature control system, which has reliable verification data and stable performance.
The comparison method is adopted for verification: that is, the second-class standard platinum-rhodium 10-platinum thermocouple is directly compared with the calibrated thermocouple for verification and indexing.
The complete set of equipment includes second-class standard platinum-rhodium 10-platinum thermocouple, operation table, and thermocouple tubular verification furnace.
The operation console consists of a temperature control system and an electrical measurement system.
Temperature control system includes: XMTF intelligent digital regulator, temperature control thermocouple, solid state relay, etc.
